No Child Hungry: Improving Education thru Food Security

With Michelle Young Angulo, Executive Director of SP4KSA

Wednesday, February 18, 2026 · 5:45 PM · Dawson Family Hall

Join us for our February 18th luncheon as we hear about improving education through food security with Executive Director of Snack Pak 4 Kids San Antonio Michelle Young Angulo.

Michelle was born in Oregon and raised in Southern California. She moved to San Antonio in 1998, where she raised her three children and began volunteering at their school and church. Her journey with Snack Pak 4 Kids started in 2014 as a parent volunteer at Woodridge Elementary. Inspired by the program's impact, she earned a degree in Community Health from UTSA, graduating Summa Cum Laude in 2019. Michelle joined Snack Pak 4 Kids San Antonio (SP4KSA) as Operations Coordinator and became Executive Director in 2021.

Michelle's oldest son is an Auburn University graduate living in Atlanta; her daughter, a Texas A&M graduate, is pursuing her master's; and her youngest son is a sophomore at Texas A&M. In 2023, she married David Angulo, gaining two bonus sons and a beloved black lab. David and Michelle are actively involved in their church and enjoy cooking, entertaining, volunteering, traveling, and spending time with family. Passionate about SP4KSA's mission, Michelle is dedicated to ensuring every child has the nutritional support they need to learn and thrive.
